Terms of service

Vaks is operated by Dharma LLC. You must have legal capacity to enter these terms and use the service only in compliance with applicable law.

Vaks provides access to open-model inference APIs. Models, endpoints, context limits, features, prices, and availability may change. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue service components.

You may not use the service for illegal activity, abuse, unauthorized access, malware, disruption, security testing without permission, infringement, or activity that places the service or others at unreasonable risk.

You are responsible for prompts, instructions, tools, data, and generated output submitted or used through your account. Model output may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, or unsuitable. You must review output before relying on it.

Open models, software, and infrastructure may be subject to separate open-source or third-party licenses. You are responsible for complying with terms that apply to your use case.

Direct-access fees, usage measurement, taxes, payment timing, credits, and invoicing terms will be stated in an order form, provider agreement, or published pricing schedule. Amounts not disputed in good faith remain payable when due.

Vaks may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, material breach, security risk, abuse, legal requirements, or conduct that threatens service integrity. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to outstanding payment obligations.

The service and model outputs are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
